By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you (“you”, “user”, “customer”, “buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our linked policies, including Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return/Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders where misuse, fraud risk, or policy violations are identified.

2. Product Information and Pricing

• Product images, colors, and embellishments may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings; such variations are not defects.
• Prices, taxes, duties, offers, and availability may change without notice.
• MRP, discounts, and promotions displayed at checkout apply only to that transaction.

3. Orders and Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs only upon dispatch and sharing of tracking details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders due to stock, quality, pricing errors, address/payment verification issues, or legal restrictions.
• B2B/wholesale orders are governed by agreed proforma invoice (PI), purchase order (PO), or contracts.

4. Payments, Currency, Taxes & Duties

• Payments are accepted via listed methods at checkout. You authorize us or our payment partners to charge the selected method.
• Banks may levy foreign exchange conversion charges for international payments.
• Applicable GST, VAT, customs duties, or import taxes are payable as per destination rules unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and vary by location and serviceability.
• Risk and title pass to the buyer upon courier handover.
• Delays due to customs, remote areas, or address issues may occur, and cooperation may be required.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

• Cancellations are allowed before dispatch as per our Cancellation Policy.
• Custom stitched, altered, made-to-measure, pre-stitched sarees, and sarees with fall/pico are non-returnable.
• Refunds are issued per policy; shipping, COD, gateway fees, and duties are generally non-refundable unless due to our error.

7. Customization and Made to Measure

• Measurements provided by customers must be accurate.
• Bespoke or altered items are final sale except for verified manufacturing defects.

8. Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits

• Coupons and gift cards are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Store credits cannot be used for duties or taxes unless stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, text, logos, and creative assets, is the intellectual property of Acossa or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acossa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India). EU/UK consumers retain mandatory statutory rights.
